About us

PreciousIT is a technology management Services Company located in Sandy Bedfordshire. It was formed as a limited company in 2009 but been running since 2007. It was born out of a back bedroom, ‘put an ad in the paper’ idea, which has grown, changed and developed into the managed service provider that it is today. Wayne Precious is the founder of PreciousIT and is the managing director who also employees a team of IT professionals who come from a variety of backgrounds to provide a complete end to end IT support, services and solutions to our clients.

Our extensive and varied experience allows us to offer our clients a wide range of systems and services which maximises efficiency, increases productivity and delivers security, whilst also being cost-effective and adding real business value.

Our main client base is Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London, also offering support throughout the UK. Our company has been grown purely by customer recommendation and word of mouth. PreciousIT is committed to deliver, quality, cost effective, and a partnership approach by listening to our customers and providing professional and friendly support.

Unlike so many of our competitors we understand that every business is different. For that reason you won’t find set IT solutions on offer, no bronze, silver or gold support package just a support package that you would expect as if you had your own in house IT support team. We believe that we are not only an outsourced IT company but we are a part of your company as your IT department.

We currently specialise in small medium sized organisations and charities. This can range normal office hours (09:00 to 17:00) or 24/7 support.
